Meet Our Editor-in-Chief – Pam Freeman
Editor, COINage magazine
Pam Freeman is the Editor-in-Chief for COINage magazine. . Her editorial roots run deep. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with honors from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. Pam has had a successful career in the publishing industry previously serving as an editor, freelance writer and book author. Pam has also served as a public relations, special events and media relations spokesperson for one of the nation’s largest retailers and for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. She has also worked in various capacities in politics for one of our nation’s top elected officials. Pam still has a glass dill pickle jar full of coins she saved as a child and needs to make the time to go through them with an eye toward a pocket change prize.
Frequently Asked Questions
For online orders, a confirmation email indicating the order identification number will be sent to subscribers.
For phone orders, the customer service team will provide subscribers with their customer number and order number as confirmation at the time of the call. On request, such information can also be sent to the customer’s email or fax number.
For mailed insert cards, we recommend that subscribers contact customer service 2 to 3 weeks after the card was sent to make sure it has been received. Customers can also opt to wait for either their first issue or the bill, whichever comes first.
